4 D Sonogram of Sophia

Here is the anticipated and long awaited 4 D sonogram of our little chubby cheeked Sophia. This video is over twenty minutes long; however, you can fast forward to the parts that you want to see. The little stinker would not move her hands away from her face. -Steven

Baby shower

My baby shower went so well!! We had it earlier in the pregnancy than most people so Sheila could attend before she sets off to Norway for two years. It was so sweet of her to come all the way from Washington.

On Sunday, the day of the shower Steven told us that he was going to play raquetball in the a.m. w/ my dad, and to be ready when he got back so Sheila and I could go to breakfast w/ him. What he really was doing was going to the airport to pick up Pam, and Renee, who came in from Virginia, to surprise me for the shower. I was SO surprised when the two of them walked in w/ Steven. I was on cloud 9. I swear my feet didn't hit the ground the entire day. It was one of the best days of my life.

Here's a picture of the girls before the shower. Aren't they cute?! Of course, Reagan, had to get in the pix as well.

Robert's (my mom's husband) ex wife made this cake that matched the invitations that Laura made, to a T. Didn't she do a great job? We're all one big happy family. =)

Laura made piggy balloons.

The back of the piggy balloon. How cute is the tail?!

Laura made these as party favors. On the inside there's five different bacon recipes. She's so creative!

My mom found these cute piggy bags that say "oink" on them to put the prizes in.

Laura, entertaining the ladies.

Some of the girls...there were 19 of us.

My mom had it catered from one of our favorite local Mexican restaurants, where she's friends w/ the owner.

It took me almost an hour to open all my presents. Everybody was MORE than generous.

My sister is so excited about being an aunt, she made her first quilt for Sophia. It's a piggy quilt!

Katie was due on the day of my shower. She was such a trooper to make it to the party. My mom did some reflexology on her, and started her contractions. She went into the hospital around 1am that next morning, and had her son around 2:30pm, that day.

Two current, and two former American Airlines flight attendants.

Cute picture of Heather, my sister in-law, and my mama.

My sister and brother-we're all smiling.
I had to post this one, because my dad is kind of smiling...he usually scowls in his pictures.
Look at that stain on Lexie's shirt-evidence from dinner. Is she my sister or what?!

We sent the boys-(husband, brother, dad), and Lexie, out to dinner during the shower, and much to my dad's annoyance, all of the ladies were still at his house 3 hours later when they returned. He he.
